Ingredients: distilled water, denatured alcohol, polysorbate 20 (emulsifier), pure, essential oil or fragrance oil, coconut oil.
Salts I use a combination of natural sea salt, dead sea salt, and dendritic salt to create the best bath salt....one which dissolves easily and holds it's scent longer. Dead sea salts contain trace minerals which are excellent for the skin and draw waste products out of the pores. Dendritic salt acts as a natural preservative and fixative for scent.. Salts act to open pores and allow the skin to better absorb moisture. For maximum benefit, soak for no more than 20 minutes in a salt bath and finish with a light bath oil or moisturizer, either in or out of the tub.

Milk/oatmeal baths- Milk, as a natural emollient is wonderful for the skin. I also use buttermilk for it's extra emolliency. Oatmeal cleans pores and soothes dry, irritated skin. Either of these is great for dry, itchy skin.
